Absolute waste of money
Made no change to my life whatsoever even though i used it daily and followed activities. There was also no option to avoid the videos as the I found the professor irritating to listen to

Went through all the questions and then the app wouldn’t let me proceed when i got to the end.

Charged for no service
I canceled this service over a year ago. Signed out and deleted the app. Then realized I was being charged every 3 months!

Ai made it worse
I used the app years ago and found it helpful. I re downloaded it and it sucks now. They crammed AI into it so you stare at an uncanny valley therapist. Also getting health care from AI is very dangerous and there’s no privacy with large language models.
It’s just a bit rubbish
All the info on there can be found somewhere else for free. The AI chat feature is infuriating, leaves you feeling more stressed than before
