Horrible app that doesn’t work, great CU tho
Horrible app that never works. Repeatedly reset my password/passcode online, only to try and use the app and get constant “server error” notices. Tried removing and adding back the app, then deleting and adding it back to my phone - it never works.
If you want a place to go to in person, Moline Municipal Credit Union is a great place to be. Their staff is amazing, very polite, and helpful. Two thumbs up on that.
However, if you like to travel and need a banking institution of the 21st century, this unfortunately probably isn’t the place for you.
