it’s not working right
it’s not letting me use the microphone it gets stuck. Can these get updated so they could be fixed?

I bought the camera but is unable to login or retrieve a link to reset password.

It’s really frustrating as I bought the camera and tried to sing in
After going through the process it asks me for verification code to verify email address.
Problem is that it never sends me any email with verification code.
I then tried to contact few times through the help email but no response or anything.
Sort it out please as I still want to use your product.
