it’s not letting me use the microphone it gets stuck. Can these get updated so they could be fixed?

I bought the camera but is unable to login or retrieve a link to reset password.

It’s really frustrating as I bought the camera and tried to sing in
After going through the process it asks me for verification code to verify email address.
Problem is that it never sends me any email with verification code.
I then tried to contact few times through the help email but no response or anything.
Sort it out please as I still want to use your product.

真心建議不要上當買到沒辦法用的相機
新app無法新增相機
第三步驟雲端與相機連線確認後，整個卡當，無法完成新增，真不方便使用（台灣區）
台灣地區確定不支持
雖然新版的app可以用郵箱註冊會員 但在最後綁定時 一樣失敗 問了客服 說這是為海外版的app 在內陸買的相機 一樣不支持 要手機改大陸地區 再用大陸門號注冊 手機改回台灣 又跳出來 完全無法使用 希望公司快點解決這問題

Do not buy. Won’t be able to turn on if you don’t have china mobile phone number.
