I want the delivery soon, but with no estimate delivery date I was doubtful whether to place order or not.

Your app never works well. Sometimes it does not work at all. You need to fix this cause it always stops me from purchasing
Slowest app and keeps getting stuck
I had a discount code for first time app user and the app didnt allow me to use it. It kept crashing as soon as i wanted to pay. I tried 4 times

One of the worst APP to use
It is such a headache to use this app. If the item that is on the card become “out of stock” before you pay. You would have to remove all the items from the card (even if there are 10-20 of them) and search for each and every one again to buy them, as the payment won’t go through due to the “outofstock” item and the app won’t remove it automatically.
Moreover, several times I order one side and receive absolutely different one.

Pathetic App, transactions doesn’t go through but they debit the amount from the credit card even after the request is not successfully placed.

Worst shopping app ever. It’s official app for carters in uae but basic function like filter and search doesn’t work properly. Shopping through this app is sure to give you a headache. Seems like it’s build by some college student. How can a tech team be so ignorant run such poor app. And above all no one cares for improvement.
