Very Frustrating Experience
I received my order late and immediately contacted support to initiate a return, but was told to use the app. Unfortunately, the return option never appeared. Even after multiple follow-ups and being told the issue was escalated, nothing has been fixed. An app that doesn’t support basic functions like returns is highly inconvenient. Needs serious improvement.

No Delivery, No Accountability, One of the Worst Customer Experiences Ever!
I had one of the worst experiences dealing with Danube, I placed my order, made full payment, and expected a smooth process, but it turned into a complete nightmare.
My delivery was delayed multiple times, with constant promises that were never fulfilled, I was given specific delivery dates and even gave them a final chance, but no one showed up, and no one even bothered to call or inform me, completely unprofessional.
What’s more frustrating is their customer service, they kept giving vague replies and false assurances, with zero accountability, I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates, which should never be the customer’s responsibility.
Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel my order and request a refund, this whole situation caused me stress, wasted my time, and disrupted my plans.
For a company like Danube, this level of service is unacceptable, once they receive your payment, it feels like they no longer care.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company.
I have already submitted a consumer protection request through TAMM regarding this matter, and if they fail to process my refund within the promised 7 working days, I will escalate this further and report them to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I strongly DO NOT recommend Danube to anyone, think twice before purchasing, you might end up dealing with the same frustration.
