Basically a Browser
The app is basically a browser with a loading bar at the top, can be drastically improved by developing an actual app. Otherwise no complaints from Sharaf DG.
Awful company and terrible app
Avoid Sharaf they are terrible at custome service and the app wonโt allow you to review the products. Even if you call them they still donโt give the right information

Dysfunctional app. Horrible customer service
My order was promised to be delivered the following day. Six days later it hasnโt arrived. The order tracking feature in the has a bot that keeps asking for an OTP which I never received. Of course no number is listed on the app to call.
Customer support
There is no provision to update the email address in my own profile either from website or from mobile app. Customer support is very poor in this aspect. I regret to shop online with Sharaf DG.
