Basically a Browser
The app is basically a browser with a loading bar at the top, can be drastically improved by developing an actual app. Otherwise no complaints from Sharaf DG.
Awful company and terrible app
Avoid Sharaf they are terrible at custome service and the app won’t allow you to review the products. Even if you call them they still don’t give the right information

Dysfunctional app. Horrible customer service
My order was promised to be delivered the following day. Six days later it hasn’t arrived. The order tracking feature in the has a bot that keeps asking for an OTP which I never received. Of course no number is listed on the app to call.
Customer support
There is no provision to update the email address in my own profile either from website or from mobile app. Customer support is very poor in this aspect. I regret to shop online with Sharaf DG.
Worst experience
They are not precise about delivery time, the cooker I bought malfunctioning after one week of use couldn’t return it because I didn’t use it immediately. Worst experience first and last to buy from This seller. I wish I know how to complain against them to protect other from such experience

Bad service and lack of information
I bought an item via the app. It offered same day delivery for an extra fee which I selected. I did not get charged the extra fee but after 2 days the item is still not delivered. I sent them a message via the chat but no one is responding. No information is given about expected delivery time. The same happened when I ordered another item a few months ago.

Terrible experience
We purchased all our kitchen appliances at Time Square store to be delivered to our new house. We were unpleasantly surprised on the delivery day that only the washing machine was sent which unfortunately was defective and had to go back. Contacting the salesperson, I found that they failed to coordinate, but he assured me that the rest would be delivered altogether in 2 days. After following up on the second day, we were told they were too busy to deliver that day, and we had to wait another day for the cooker to arrive. The worst part was that after the first failure the salesperson not only did not update me, but also stopped answering my calls/texts and left us in the dark.

Very bad support system
Syed from support system is not able to give clear answers and doesn’t reply to the messages even when the message says that they reply within 1 minute.
Canceled order without explanation one hour before delivery
Don’t do business with them! Eagerly took my money for a major appliance purchase. Rearranged our schedules to receive item. Called their toll line to get explanation. Waited on hold too long only to hear they were out of stock of an item that till now shows it is in stock online.
We will see if I get my money back.

Become the worst service
If there is less than one star i will give it, they mentioned some add when you used it they come no there is a minimum charge, and with delivery here come the worst experience you can live they don’t respect the schedule and more than this they call you after Midnight for delivery you imagine only to put that they have called you with no response, even you complain no one will take care about you just share automatic response and almost of agent in customer service have same response for everything

Purchased a “recommend accessory product”through their online site after initially purchasing a GoPro 11. The accessory product which was a multi battery charger was for an older model and not compatible. They insisted only on their exchange and refund policy and did not take responsibility for recommending and selling an unsuitable product for my primary purchase. Be very careful when buying accessory for a product.
