Scammers & selling refurbished phones
I just received iphone 17pro max from them through app but the EMAX seal already open and I went to their store to change the color they said seal is open we cannot change . Don’t buy anything from them or from app they are scammmers I don’t want anyone feel disappointed as I feel now .
Order accepted and cancelled by them and waiting for refund for more than 15 Days
I had ordered a Samsung phone , after 5 days I called them and the said we don’t have the device and we are cancelling the order. The refund will take 7 to 14 days. Today is 15th day . Still now nothing happened and the customer care team saying that How it is works.
Great shopping experience but application status is not timely updated
I made electronic purchase of an item with great choices and great specifications and great discounted price
Every day I was checking application that showed status of my purchase as submitted and not shipped and not delivered although I received item successfully in perfect condition
Just more it updates to online application and every thing will be perfect

Does not let me login!
Its very annoying i want to order something and its not letting me login to my account.
Poor app
First, you need to keep on login almost every time you open the app. I launched twice today and i never closed it completely (running in the background) and it will still ask each and every time for your username and password.
Once opened, the app is poorly designed and unfortunately as terrible as the service in their store.
Funny story: when i bought my iphone, the lady in the store told me « no insurance on the phone but the software - iOS - is insured :)
