“I was surprised to see Centrepoint and Splash staff writing down Emirates ID numbers in their record books when customers come to collect online orders. While I understand the need to verify identity, recording such sensitive information feels unnecessary and raises privacy concerns. Lifestyle brands should limit themselves to checking the ID for verification rather than storing personal data, especially when it’s not legally required. I hope they reconsider this practice to better respect customer privacy.”

Slow and sluggish
This app needs a lot of improvement. It’s always slow and sluggish, and I can’t check anything in one go — this happens all the time.

Very pathetic return experience
I returned the 6 products one month ago but received return for only 4 products. When I called customer care, they informed me that 2 items have not been received by the warehouse. Now it has been one month following up and still the status is same. Whenever I called customer care customer care, they give me standard reply that they can only raise a complaint. I will never order anything from splash in future.
