“I was surprised to see Centrepoint and Splash staff writing down Emirates ID numbers in their record books when customers come to collect online orders. While I understand the need to verify identity, recording such sensitive information feels unnecessary and raises privacy concerns. Lifestyle brands should limit themselves to checking the ID for verification rather than storing personal data, especially when it’s not legally required. I hope they reconsider this practice to better respect customer privacy.”

Slow and sluggish
This app needs a lot of improvement. It’s always slow and sluggish, and I can’t check anything in one go — this happens all the time.

Very pathetic return experience
I returned the 6 products one month ago but received return for only 4 products. When I called customer care, they informed me that 2 items have not been received by the warehouse. Now it has been one month following up and still the status is same. Whenever I called customer care customer care, they give me standard reply that they can only raise a complaint. I will never order anything from splash in future.

Slowness lagging and unable to add items in the cart
App is so slow it’s been weeks I’ve been trying to buy stuff online but unable to. I deleted the app and reinstalled it many times still same issue. It hangs and lags and doesn’t allow me to add items to cart.

Don’t wait on refunds!
I have been waiting for a refund since one months and all the customer care, if I chat or call they all have automated replies. Though I have come to peace with the fact that I have lost my money. I would suggest better apps with better service for online shopping

صراحه استغرب التطبيق جدا بطئ لي فتره طويله احاول اتسوق منه ولازال المشكله لم تحل شركة بحجم سبلاش وعندها تطبيق سئ المفروض تهتموا بتحسين تجربة التسوق اونلاين ويكون فيه دعم وحل لمشاكل التطبيق
NOT RECEIVED DELIVERY
Today my order is supposed to be delivered. I received notification that my order has been delivered and in the app its showing its delivered. I am at home waiting and no one came and no one contacted me for delivery so how can you say its delivered. I tried to reach the contact centre but failed. This is cheating, i need my order to be delivered to the address that i mentioned. I double check the location and i wrote it correctly. I tried to chat and request a call from the customer support but no one called me. I need this matter to be resolved urgently.

Bad courier service
I recently ordered three jeans in the same size. Two fit perfectly, but one was significantly smaller and too tight, despite all three having the same size number. I immediately initiated a return for the ill-fitting pair.
Unfortunately, the courier service for returns has been extremely poor. They have consistently failed to contact me, ignoring both calls and messages. I am now facing a time crunch, as I am leaving for India this Thursday. This lack of communication and unreliable service is unacceptable.
If I don't receive my refund and have the jeans collected before my departure, I will be uninstalling this app. The inconsistency in sizing and the frustratingly bad courier experience have completely ruined my shopping experience."
