Worst application
This is the worst application. I have 14 OMR credit available, but I cannot use it. Whenever I try to place an order (for example, pizza), I do not receive the OTP.
I raised a complaint regarding this issue. I received a reply with a solution, which I applied. I then informed them that the solution they provided did not work. After that, I did not receive any further reply, and my problem remains unsolved.

بقالي 3 أسابيع عندي مشكلة ولم يتم حل المشكلة كلام فارغ بس بدون حل ويقولو جاري حل المشكلة انتو فاشلين وبس اسحب فلوسي من المحفظة مش هتعامل معاكم يا فاشلين
