Worst application, not working properly and not getting OTP for log in.
Have cash back that I could not redeemed, because the app mystery..
I have a cash back and I tried to redeemed and I could not! Eventually, I lost it! It is because this app is a complete mystery and the customer service is useless.

تطبيق معتوه لا فائدة منه في كل مرة يستخدم لابد من ادخال البيانات و لا يوجد طلب دخول مباشر للمستخدم القديم و يطلب التسجيل من جديد ويعيد التكرار لأكثر من مرة 👎🏼
App times out frequently
The app times out frequently which means I cannot access my digital card when I am making purchases, cannot see my balance or transactions, or even the offers on the home page. It is very frustrating.
Worst app
This app never works. The scan a receipt never works, submitting a receipt never works, the complaint service doesn’t even work. Such a waste of time.

I linked my card to the application at 1st everything was fine i can see my balance and my transaction

When i try to sign in with my email it says “invalid email address”
When I’m trying to sign up a new account with my email it says “the email is already linked to a card” !!!!
When I try to log in with my phone number it says “wrong password” I changed my password million times and it still saying “wrong password!!!”
I sent an email several months back with no response at all.

Problem with registration
The app refused to complete registration process. Need to be reviewd.
Frustrating
I am trying to sign and the app saying invalid mobile number or password. I change the password through the link they send me in an SMS. Another sms is stating that I successfully changed the password. Trying to sign in and I receive the same message: invalid email or number or password. I have changed the password now 3 times with exactly the same result... invalid number or password.... So I cannot rate the app as I have no access....
