I received my order late and immediately contacted support to initiate a return, but was told to use the app. Unfortunately, the return option never appeared. Even after multiple follow-ups and being told the issue was escalated, nothing has been fixed. An app that doesn’t support basic functions like returns is highly inconvenient. Needs serious improvement.

No Delivery, No Accountability, One of the Worst Customer Experiences Ever!
I had one of the worst experiences dealing with Danube, I placed my order, made full payment, and expected a smooth process, but it turned into a complete nightmare.
My delivery was delayed multiple times, with constant promises that were never fulfilled, I was given specific delivery dates and even gave them a final chance, but no one showed up, and no one even bothered to call or inform me, completely unprofessional.
What’s more frustrating is their customer service, they kept giving vague replies and false assurances, with zero accountability, I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates, which should never be the customer’s responsibility.
Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel my order and request a refund, this whole situation caused me stress, wasted my time, and disrupted my plans.
For a company like Danube, this level of service is unacceptable, once they receive your payment, it feels like they no longer care.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company.
I have already submitted a consumer protection request through TAMM regarding this matter, and if they fail to process my refund within the promised 7 working days, I will escalate this further and report them to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I strongly DO NOT recommend Danube to anyone, think twice before purchasing, you might end up dealing with the same frustration.

Delivery Missing items
I ordered wooden steel Queen size through online. I received parcel very delayed and there some missing parts on the package ( No screws and L&keys ).
I called Toll free number no reply, am waited more than 15 minutes. Again call same as 3 times. After a long waiting a lady picked the phone and given one WhatsApp number send all details and photos.
Still now there no reply.
I already sent the email and I got acknowledgment for the email, No action yet.
What I will do with these Bed frame without screws and other parts???

poor application and no clear communication
3 application communicate through watsapp but theres no clear message, one application is asking for a confirmation regarding the delivery and when you sign up they will ask for business information!!!! what the heck? if there’s no business info u cant proceed to sign up! Another application is apologizing through watsapp , it’s like common which exactly is the real one that will give consistent information!!!!! And regarding delivery I understand the situation but atleast dont mention the delivery date when we place an order because its so disappointing

When I called customer service to follow up, the agent told me my order was "not showing on the system" — even after I sent him a screenshot of my order confirmation. He still refused to acknowledge it. I then sent the proof again via WhatsApp and still received no proper resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. False delivery timelines, a system that apparently can't track orders, and customer service that ignores evidence — I would not recommend Danube Home to anyone. Extremely disappointing.

Very poor service from Danube Home.
The wardrobes were delivered, but the technician outright refused to install them. No proper explanation, no solution, and no accountability. This is completely unacceptable. When customers purchase wardrobes, installation is part of the service. Refusing to complete the job without a valid reason shows a serious lack of professionalism.
What is worse is the complete failure in after-sales support. Instead of resolving the issue quickly or sending a replacement technician, the matter was ignored, leaving me with wardrobes that I cannot use. This caused unnecessary delay, inconvenience, and frustration.
If a company cannot honor basic installation commitments, it raises serious concerns about their service standards. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Danube Home to think twice.

POLICY NOT BEING HONORED- RETURN REQUEST
I recently purchased several items from Danube Oman’s online store. The website navigation was smooth, and the delivery and installation were completed promptly by your team.
However, once the coffee table was installed, I realized it does not suit my space. I contacted customer service immediately to request a return. I would like to clarify that I did not assemble or modify the item myself — it was installed entirely by your installation team. Additionally, the table has not been used at all.
After carefully reviewing the return policy multiple times, I understand that there is a 7-day return window after installation. Despite this, I have been informed that the item cannot be returned because installation was already completed.
It is also important to note that this product was sold exclusively online, so I only had the opportunity to see it in person upon delivery. I would appreciate clarification on how this aligns with the stated policy.

I do not recommend dealing with them at all
The product quality is poor, the return service is bad, and customer service representatives yell at customers, saying they won't accept returns after installation, even though they were the ones who installed the product. When I told them I wanted a return, and they were still installing it, they told me to contact customer service. After contacting them, they refused the return, claiming it had already been installed

Delivery for vanity items
Very poor planning. Just 1 person to carry all items through building and villa steps and disturbing or making customers to carry the items. Since it’s very heavy It’s really bad decision by Danube. Kindly arrange 2 persons while delivering vanity items.
Bed room
The product was amazing and material is nice and cost is very nice , but the staff that was fixing my room did abad thing , once i requested from them the remaining nails and other items for each product that came with each piece they told that it has been finished , however there were still alot and they hidden it in to use it for personal purposes, and i was very upset from that situation, as i was requesting incase of any loose fixation , i can fix by my own , please teach them about honesty.

Super Bad Experience!
You have a very bad service! We’ve been waiting for the bed and mattress we ordered and it was all a disaster. First, the delivery time is supposed to be at 5PM! We have patiently waited until 10:30PM and your team told us that they can’t deliver the bed! You have such a rude team! We threw our previous bed to make space for this new one and all of it was a really bad experience. You don’t even have contingency plans, no alternatives to offer your customers! Such a big company name with useless company operations!

Poor Customer Services
I ordered one hanging chair from Karnak home on Danube website worth 449 but it is not delivered and its been 3 weeks now. The seller messaged me first that this is out of stock now and they will deliver me a replacement chair to which I agreed. After a week when I contacted them , they said they will refund my amount. It’s been 10 days now I haven’t got my refund back. When I again contacted the seller they said Danube people will do that. It’s so complicated and the customer services are not responding. Iam stuck with my money now with them.

Promised delivery has not turned up
So despite Danube sending me no less than 4 WhatsApp messages and 2 emails telling me my delivery would be here today between 9am and 1pm, there is no sign of it. Not only that they don’t answer on WhatsApp or their App chat. I eventually reached them by phone and they promised to call straight back. They didn’t.
