Stopped working properly a week after putting the lights up
Looks cool. Too bad couldn’t get it to work.
The worst possible instructions and app. Could never get it to work. A useless gimmick. Don’t think you’re smarter and it will work for you.
Was working fine but now no longer connects to lamp
I would have given the app a higher rating. But it’s now no longer connecting to the device.
This means all the IOt lamp options cannot be used.
Not sure if the app is no longer compatible and needs update. Or whether it’s not good with iOS 16.2.
I’ve contacted support but no answer yet.
I would definitely give the app about 4 stars if it actually worked again!

Too old
The app is very old and the products still selling, I don’t know how much it will take to invest and update the app and the products! I have the smart vacuum (as it should be) it’s been 4 months it’s still didn’t figure out a very small 1 bedroom apartment!!! Always stuck and it won’t learn the map it’s so frustrating unlike other smart vacuum's🤦🏻♂️. Hope they will improve cause otherwise it’s waste of money.

Battery drain
Fast Battery drain when app i active. Also allow us option to change the background wallpaper, it’s very dull.
