Good but needs some improvements
I enjoy the moment garden app, however it has stopped working outside of wifi for my husband and I. I also think the notifications are quite unreliable. I need to click in and out of the updates tab multiple times before the notifications disappear.

Family connection
This is a fantastic website. We have been enjoying Moment Garden for years. We have a beautiful history for everyone of our 6 grandchildren. All of my siblings use the website for their families as well. We are all connected to each other’s families. Love it and recommended it to all my friends.
Pls update
People still use this app - it needs an update. There’s a few annoying bugs. Please!
Warning!! Do NOT order Photo Books!
They used to be great. Responsive customer service, intuitive functional app, and now they have basically ghosted. I ordered a photo book 6 weeks ago (for $156) and it never came. Reached out through multiple avenues for solution and nothing. FB page shows multiple customers in the same situation. Do not spend money in this app! If you’re going to use it to store pics that’s one thing … don’t give them any of your money though. (And honestly I wouldn’t trust them with any of my memories)

Cannot get ahold of anybody
I have used this app for years and have ordered books for all my girls yearly. I ordered a book a month ago for my daughter’s bday and I haven’t heard anything besides the confirmation that it was paid for and ordered. I have emailed about 6-7 times with no response. I am SO heartbroken to not have the book that I’ve spent an entire year building. 😭 I suggest finding a more reputable app!

BEWARE… Not sure they are still in business
Be Careful. I had used this app for several years and loved it. Just recently ordered two books, paid for them and have NOT RECEIVED them. Have emailed them no less than a dozen times with NO RESPONSE. No way to contact them via phone . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Is something wrong?
We have been using this app dutifully for 6 years chronicling our children’s lives, and have recommended it countless times. We have also used it to order many memory books as gifts. Over the last several months the pictures no longer load on mobile devices and our family and friends complain that they can’t “see” what we are uploading, and neither can we. Does the team have any idea what is causing this? When will it be resolved? Is it possible to download what we have uploaded, as we are afraid we have lost access to the only source of these photos. Frustrating lately, was so good until recently
I’ve used the app for years, before and after becoming a grandparent. I pay for the upgraded experience. But as of late, there are ongoing issues where photos are uploaded but then can’t be viewed. This problem occurs, then goes away for a few days and then occurs yet again. Very frustrating.
And yet again MomentGarden is failing. The issue of photos being uploaded successfully and they can’t be viewed by anyone. Just a blank square. This issue is persistent and I really wish you guys would find a fix.

Outdated very limited functionality
Hard to do much. Only 1 way to extract everything I have put in.
Not good anymore
I used this app for over 10 years and in only in maybe 6 months or more I have the same problem like everyone else is commenting. I emailed the company twice and got back to me saying they are working on it but that was months and weeks
ago. I can’t believe they can’t fix it. I had the star membership and I just canceled that. I am about to give up on this app and close my account.

Doesn’t work anymore
Used to be a great app, sad that it’s so glitchy now and not showing so many photos. I’ve used it for years but looks like we will need to find a new memory app for photos & stories.
No longer working :(
My family loved this app but recently the majority of uploaded photos will not display. It is sad but I feel like I need to look into finding a different platform to share my family photos on.

Stopped working
Won’t upload photos anymore; it “says” they are uploaded but just has a blank screen. No one else can see the pics either. PLEASE FIX THIS developers, or we will switch to a different platform. Thanks!
Uploads aren’t functioning
Generally we have enjoyed this app but for the past week, even with an update, it’s been impossible to upload any photos or videos. In the past this would occasionally happen, but now not a single photo will upload and no videos can be rendered for viewing.
