Disabled account to use different Email account
Hi! I absolutely love this app. I will always give this app 5 stars as it does everything it is supposed to. Today, I disabled (deleted) my account because I couldn’t change my email to a different email. The email that I was using is going to be lost on March 22, 2026 as I am unable to clean up the email in time. I tried my very bestest. Please Developers, please let us change (only 1 time) our email if need be in a case like this. Please and thank you. I love this app too much to not be able to not use it. I really want to create a brand new account with the 2026 email (Gmail) that I recently created and continue to use this amazing and beautiful app. Also, won’t let me use my brand new cellphone number (I already used it with old email that is going away) and won’t let me use it again. Please let me reuse my brand new number of 2026 and beyond (just 1 more time) with this 2026 email that I just created because of my old email. Please and thank you.

The app started off fine but now months later it glitches and won’t let you upload anything for your memories

I love this app! You can save memories forever. You get to also describe what you did and what stood out. You also get to share with your friends and family (if they have an iPhone) (Samsung Android coming soon). I love this app so much, I have a request: In Settings, please add Spanish (Latin America); French (France); Mandarin Chinese (Simplified); Japanese; Korean; German (Germany); Italian (Italy); Finnish (Finland); Hebrew; Greek; Spanish (Mexico); Arabic (Saudi Arabia); Arabic (Egypt); Cantonese (Traditional); Norwegian Bokmål; Danish; Dutch; Swedish; Bulgarian; Russian (Russia); Ukrainian and Vietnamese. Arabic and Hebrew is written from right to left. Please and thank you. P.S. This is for anyone in the United States and around the world who has an iPhone for them to remember and collect their Moments. Not just for me, but todos los pueblos (all people).

Love this app but would love a few improvements
This all has been great to store my memories, but a few things I would like would be to save a video over 30 seconds. Another thing is when I try to view a video full screen I can’t because the adding photos option is in the way. Overall I love the app and how it organizes what day your memory was.

It’s good but definitely can have some improvements, i recommend longer video time and the ability to add more photos and videos after a memory is made
Exactly what I needed
I’ve been using Moment for a while now, and it’s honestly been such a great resource for storing all my photos and videos. It’s super easy to use, everything is organized, and I never have to worry about losing anything. I love that it’s free and doesn’t try to charge me just to keep my own memories.
All my friends use Moment now too — we share albums, relive old trips, and it’s become our go-to place for everything. I like the concept but the app straight up doesn’t work.
Different (Way Better!) from Other Social Media
I heard about moment through one of my friends. I downloaded the app and immediately loved it. I deleted a lot of social media off my phone since it was so distracting, but I’ve felt kind of left out. Moment gives me a way to connect with my friends (aka people who I actually care about) and record things that are impactful. I like how you can take a photo when you’re at the party itself, so you avoid superficial filtered and perfectly choreographed pictures. I definitely feel like I’ll look back in a couple of years and be happy I downloaded this app!!

Fantastic App
This app is truly something different. I have found myself bored with the mundane nature of instagram and snapchat. It is not simply about a shot of dopamine in the moment, but a prolonged release of memories that will last a lifetime. I find myself connecting with my own identity and past much better through Moment then any other app I could find. I highly recommend it to all users. Its user interface is clean and the app is bug free from what I have found. A great app overall.

I put all my friends on to this app like a month ago and now we use it basically every weekend! Some of my favorite memories have been captured on this app it’s so great!

So I really love my social media apps, but this one is just 🧑🍳😘. Me and all my girls looove looking back at all the cute memories after a night out. It makes the morning after sooo much better. Absolutely love it and can’t stress this enough. ✨✨🤩

Great app, I downloaded it because I really liked the concept and it’s been perfect so far. Extremely user friendly and intuitive platform. Usually a pain to set up accounts on apps like this but it was super quick and easy to get started and connect with my friends. Looking forward to using it as this semester goes on, would definitely recommend.
