Welcome to Moment, the official app of the Mens Development Network in Ireland. Moment provides an array of features including video lessons, audio exercises and meditation and 6 in depth modules to be completed by users to reflect on personal issues that may have happened.
Modules cover Respect, Intimacy, Parenting, Relationships and Behaviour
Audio exercises cover Meditation, Calming and Breathing.
Video exercises depict potential bad situations and how they can be used to reflect.
