I love this app’s concept and interface for adding sports and music (esp all in one place). However I do really wish you could add live plays/musicals as well and in a similar easy, user friendly way.

A lot to dislike about the recent update. Bring back the editor.
Edit: editor back. Don’t care about PhotoMatch - I know what I’ve been to.
Please just focus on getting the data correct. Too much duplicate and incorrect data. Submission process takes too long.

Few Errors
Has a few errors with the countries features as some venues are labeled as US and other as USA causing the country total to be off. Also some scores of games don’t display properly and instead show the first number of the score then … for example if it’s 101 to 87 it’ll show 1.. 8.. Lastly I think it would be cool to customize the new list feature so you can make your own list and goals

Used to be so good
Used to be a brilliant app now it’s terrible doesn’t add new venues to your venue list doesn’t have correct scores on there one game i went to was 2-0 but is listed as 0-0 they haven’t changed it despite being asked gone downhill massively
Recommending to everyone
Simple as the title. If I have a friend, I’m recommending them Momento. What a great app
Please stop
Please quit making the app “better” by making things harder (adding events) and removing features (like adding seat info). This app was very good, but all the changes recently have been for the worse. You are an aggregator for ticket stubs. That’s what your core function is. That’s what your current users use you for. Adding anything that detracts from that is not an improvement.

Great tracking, terrible service
This app is great at tracking what events you go to. However, once logged out, it will say your password is wrong and then will not send an email to reset no matter how many times you click it and make sure everything is typed out correctly.
Customer support?
Was a great app. Until I couldn’t get into my account anymore. Got logged out overnight one night and then the app said my password was incorrect. Tried the reset option but never got the reset email in my inbox or spam. Reached out to the Momento via twitter, IG, and email and never heard back. Not great customer support at all. I’m not starting over on this app and trying to remember every thing I’ve ever gone to

Love this app!
Huge fan of Momento. Easily one of my favorite apps on my phone. Seems like the team is committed to improving the app too. In that spirit, there’s a few recommendations I’d make that I think could make the app even better.
1) it’d be cool to be recommended people to follow based on the number of common games
2) Would love to be able to see “On this day” memories as more than just a pop up
3) Map (heat map?)- would be cool to have an interactive map that shows where I’ve logged momentos

Good app, but bring back the old system
I really miss the old editor. Before, it was easy for me to create a new évent as soon as it was over.. now its wayyyyy to complicated for nothing 😔
Would definitely recommend
Momento is an amazing concept which has been executed pretty well. I would love to see the AFL (Australian Football League) and Motorsport to eventually be added as it would make the app perfect for Australians to use aswell!
Cool App
I’ve been using and tracking the games I’ve gone to (almost all UH athletics) and I think it’s a good idea. I’d really like the ability to have community made subscriptions or more in general. As a big college football fan I’d really like more for the teams not in the SEC. A subscription for the B12 or the Power 4 or ncaa stadiums in general would be a cool challenge to track!

Too Much Clutter
When looking at individual momentos, almost half the screen is covered by the swipe up menu. It should be cut off right where the skins and share options are. That way, you can see more of the picture, but still have those options if you swipe up
Terrible communication
Emailed multiple times asking them to sort it out because it says my email is in use even though i don’t have an account with them still nothing shame because the app seems alright no response to any emails
Update still no response from them i think they’re incredibly rude hopefully another app comes out that’s similar so can use that instead never known anyone so rude

Checklists
Can you make a checklist that lets me see what my friends are posting? Features are getting added that no one wants

Still can’t figure out how to add or search for friends.
App has gotten significantly worse since last update.
Missing features, ruined features, lack of editor, worse stat tracking, one stadium now showing up as two separate since the new editor role out. Absolute fall off since the most recent update, really not sure it’s better in anyway considering the bugs with editor
