App only works half the time
So disappointed in the app, half the time it’ll say that it’s disconnected. You have to reconnect. You have to uninstall the app reinstall the app. It just never seems to work when you need it

Good app but abandoned?
I’ve been using my M6 camera for years with no problems and the app has also worked fine for me, but it hasn’t been updated in years unlike their other dashcam app. The screen size is incorrect for modern devices and I fear it’ll only be a few more iOS updates until it completely stops working and the app becomes useless. Please update it so we can keep using the camera in the future!

Loss of connection
The app lost connection and the setting button does not function. I cannot access the setting to try to reset the app.
For 1500 bucks, form toyota dealer. Not OEM camera.

This is the absolute worst dash cam I have ever owned. I warned people with someone asked me about a dash cam this is the first one I warned them not to buy.

Well— not a whole lot of good since the camera WILL NOT connect to the phone at all.

App hasn’t worked for me yet
I haven’t been able to see anything from the app since the day I installed it. For some reason it’s working on my wife’s phone. I have to go get her phone to pull any footage from my camera.
New it’s a little complicated should be a lot simpler. I guess I just have to get used to it.
Trouble connecting when the car has been turned off and turned back on I guess I have to get used to it to learn how to use it
Terrible app/user interface
I can’t say enough bad things about this app, terrible connection issues. Terrible play back of videos, dial up speed video downloads only to fail! This app and dash cam is about as good as a $40 Amazon dash cam. TERRIBLE APP.

Pretty much hate this app if your iphone is “too old”
I currently have an iphone 12. This app does not work if they deem your iphone is outdated.
Last time i had an iphone x and after a while this app stopped working for me. I tried reinstalling the app and making sure the software on the phone was updated, no dice. I eventually ended up upgrading my phone to the iphone12. This appeared to fix the problem for about 1.5 years. Now it again does not work with my iphone. We know the camera still works because my husband can access it with his Samsung. This is a problem of an acciden occurs and my husband is not with me to be able to pull the footage.
To be clear, the info at the top of the app says “connected to m6” but at the bottom it will say “wifi is off” even though connected on my iphone.

Waste of money
All that Money to buy and have installed. Worthless app. Support can’t be used to describe what you get from the company. Buyer beware!
Won’t connect on an iPhone 15
The Wi-Fi is so slow to connect if it even connects at all. I’ve contacted customer service about updating the app and they won’t do it, with the app not working it renders the camera useless unless you put the memory card in a computer.
App don’t work for iPhone 14 Pro Max
App needs to be updated to work properly and fit properly on the IPhone 14 Pro Max and newer.
