Could be the best podcast app
The premise of this app, being able to save highlights of podcasts that are then transcribed into notes, make it the best podcast app I’ve found. However, it is glitchy which is an issue. I’d gladly give it 5 stars if the glitches (doesn’t connect to Spotify, won’t load all podcasts, freezes) could be fixed.
With those fixes there is no question that this is the best app on the market to transcribe podcasts.

Just not stable
Really nice app. But it crashes all the time. And then you can not even reboot. Such a shame. Brilliant idea, but it does not work
Issues
I am still so excited to get to use this app… just as soon as we can work through the constant crashing. I attempted to connect to my Readwise account, and ever since it’s just crash, crash, crash…
Left for dead
After a major crash, I reinstalled the app. Now I cannot log in to my account. The developer's webpage now refers only to a new app (for video).
Buggy. Doesn’t remember play location.
I have figured out how to work around some bugs, but the one that keeps coming up again and again is that I may put pause for a while, I come back to Momento, and my play location is lost. It’s extremely frustrating. It’s also frustrating trying to find the location by dragging, it’s just very inaccurate.
I like the transcription. It is one of the best I’ve tried for podcasts. Unfortunately the app still needs lots of work.

Fast audio poor quality
This is very nice overall but the poor quality of the high speed audio is a dealbreaker. Fix that and I will seriously reconsider this app.

Feature packed!
There’s many podcast apps out there. But there’s few that deliver such a clever and nifty feature set and it just keeps getting smarter and better with every update! Well done devs!
Can’t get started with it
Tried to import (via application) several times. App goes white screen, waiting has no effect. Uninstalled, reinstalled, tried again, now Momento doesn’t appear in the list of apps that iOS shows when you try Share to Application. iOS is current.

Great app but inconsistent results
I love the idea of highlighting podcasts. My only problem is that after a week of using this app, I started to get transcripts out of sync. I am getting a text from about a minute before the point in which I press the star button.

Can’t figure out how to use
Automatic transcripts sound exciting, but it doesn’t matter if I can’t use it. I usually download a bunch of episodes and add them to the queue. Here you can only go to a subscription then add episodes to a playlist - you cannot add episodes to a playlist from new episode list. And I can’t find the option to download first. I don’t want to blow my data plan while out and about listening to podcasts. Maybe my habits are too shaped by pocket casts to use other apps. (I download and add to queue, or swipe to archive skipping episodes before I start my day listening to my queue. These things cannot seem to be done on this app.)

Almost the best podcast app
I love this app very much. Just hope the home page can display the latest episode instead of the shows subscribed, otherwise I have to click twice to get what I want to listen.

Works Seamlessly With My Spotify
I normally listen to my podcasts on Spotify & loved that I could sync Listenr with my account! It automatically loaded my saved podcasts & displays them under a heading specific to my Spotify playlist.
Definitely using this app for my podcasts moving forward!
