promising but non-functional

i’m hoping this isn’t vaporware, but after enjoying the initial steps, and then purchasing a subscription the app is suddenly completely offline, unusable, and only provides cryptic and non-sensical error messages and blank screens

update: works very intermittently, got me hooked, and it’s a decent meditation app….but I really need it this week and it crashes upon launch every time

update update: no responses from support despite multiple attempts (apart from snarky responses here to bad app reviews). would love some help, would love to use the app

Used to love this app

I am a paid user who used to love this app but for the last month everytime I open try to open the app it crashes. Really unfortunate because I have loved this app for years.
