Terrible app…

I’ve had to download this app repeatedly as it corrupts for whatever reason, without explanation. It won’t let me transfer funds late at night and is not user friendly to log in to.

App is often laggy and unresponsive

I have been with Momentum Credit Union for many years, and am delighted with their patient and friendly staff and top notch customer service. As a visually impaired screen reader user, I am able to navigate their online banking via the website without any accessibility issues. The mobile app however, worked well on the iPhone until this afternoon at the time of this review, and the iPad version has been often laggy and unresponsive over the last year. As of the day of this review, I am no longer able to log in on either device due to an “App cannot be loaded at this time. Please try again later.” error which appears when I launch the app. I highly recommend logging into online banking via the website at this time for the most reliable experience on iOS and iPadOS.
