I can no longer create a link when I’m sending a video to a customer and when I go to send a video it says file too big. Being able to send a video of a vehicle was great. Can that be fixed?
Very delayed
Very delayed response and once it’s opened, you have to close it and reopen it again it’s very glitchy
The last update made everything worse

Can’t seem to connect to host
I love the apps when it comes working but it seem like, if you’re outside away from the dealership, it won’t let you connect to host . Lots of bug , yall need to get it fixed

Pointless
The app is only good for a license capture. It is not intuitive and is missing the ability to access the web based functions that make it useless. Accessing prospects is hassle. I hate using this app.

I have used many others but this is by far the best CRM with a great app!

Clarity and speed are crucial and this app helps to bridge that gap. Earlier versions of the app worked just fine but they’ve made a ton of improvements in recent updates and this has made the app more user friendly.

Needs serious overhaul
This app is terrible and not maintained at all by the company. I keep getting logged out and I’m not receiving any notifications. The app is full of bugs. I wouldn’t use this CRM if it were in my power.
Junk
It’s really just junk. You can copy the hyperlink and access it from chrome or safari on your iphones internet. Don’t waste your time downloading the app.
Needs a lot of work
This app is very very simple can’t do much and too complicated. Other CRMs are so easy to use this one is by far the weirdest CRM I’ve used
