App crashed upon signing up and billed me for full year without a choice to refund
Probably the most insane app I ever tried. I was signing up then the app continually crashed. Then apparently, that is good enough to still ensure I’m billed after the trial which I didn’t even get to do because the app kept crashing even after reinstalling it. So I thought, maybe I just won’t be able to try it. Then I saw a charge on my card. I explained what happened and yet I’m still not refunded even if I didn’t even get to try it. This is really ridiculous to be charged $88 for an app that doesn’t work. Please please don’t even to a trial. It is so hard to get a refund, no customer service whatsoever. You will be left dead in the water.

One of the worst apps I think I have used
The app is really just a glorified paid habit tracker from my initial impressions.
The accountability relies on you to have found people, I thought the selling point was that you can join groups with likeminded people, but the number of squads is so limiting.

The habit of reaching into my pocket?
This “habit forming” app wants to give me a three day trial before purchasing an annual subscription. Three days. To form habits. Unless I’ve been given an “invite code.” By some insider perhaps. Then you get a week.
Too much money
I love Ali and I’ve been following his content for three years now I feel that his content is still good, but he is focused on making money. I think there’s a lot of potential for the app and I think that they should make a free version and a paid version to allow people to experience the app and allow Ali to still make money.
