Momentum is an iOS focus and time-protection app that works through rules, not willpower. It uses Apple's native Screen Time technology to shield you from distractions, guard your decisions, and show you where your time actually goes. FOCUS — Real App Blocking When you start a focus session, Momentum uses Apple's FamilyControls framework to block the apps you've chosen at the OS level. This isn't a pop-up reminder — the apps simply can't be opened until your session ends. Calm Protection lets you: • Prevent apps from being deleted (system-level lock) • Block in-app purchases and new subscriptions • Schedule protection windows that turn on and off automatically • Save multiple protection plans and switch between them TIME ANALYSIS — See Your Real Patterns Momentum logs every focus session and uses a DeviceActivity report extension to surface which apps consume your attention and when.
