A totally useless app.

This is the second year running that we have tried to use the app to verify my wife's continuing existence. We are both fairly computer competent and have used computers ipads and iphones on a daily basis for more than 20 years. The app will not accept iphone photos of passports. We have had to resort to visiting the District Council offices for a signature and a "tampon" again after wasting more than an hour trying to use the app,

Keeps crashing while uploading the documents. How is my grandma, which is 93 yr old, supposed to use this app? It’s not user friendly, nor appropriate for older people.
