My review on this app
It’s the worst app I ever used before.nothing working in it
Hard to use this app.
After trying multiple times I figure out that the id card needs to stay in the NFC reader till they tell you to move it. It’s not as quick as paying for your shopping 😂😂 language barrier is a small problem too but that’s my fault lol now im waiting on the pin. Hopefully won’t take too long. Just wanted to help the rest with how to use the app

Application qui ne fonctionne pas
J’ai d’enregistrer ma carte, j’attend toujours depuis 3 jours alors je souhaite demander un document important. C’est ridicule.

تطبيق ما خدامش كيبقا كل شوية يخرجني او الى ما دخلتلش ليه مدة كايخارجك من كونطك نجمة او ما يستاهلهاش
فشل التعرف على الوجه
التطبيق سيء للغاية بعد كل التعب والخطوات والتعرف على البطاقة . عند محاولة اخد سيلفي لا يتعرف على الوجه رغم جودة الكاميرا العالية ومئات المحاولات .

One of the worst apps just like the service in real life
I’ve been trying to connect my ID for like an hour now and at the last step after receiving the OTP when I click next the app just close itself

Been repeating the whole process for 10 times i don’t know who made this app but they need to have their diploma removed, how can someone fail to creat a simple app like this and how is the problem still not fixed from December…we are in April which means that they couldn’t fix a simple app for 5 months, how do you expect us to believe in such a government system…

It’s fully issues and nothing work good, the app just lugging and keep loading, very bad user experience

The app represents somehow the inconsistency of the service provided by the authorities. Apps like this should be developed by only experts and must function properly and efficiently. There must be no room for hiring unqualified people to shape the future of Morocco.
