What you get is a mastodon reader. The only other function apart from reading is voting, as far as I can tell. You can’t post or like or boost etc. with what is offered in the App Store here.

It’s manipulation to say this was a free mastodon app. You’ll only get what’s in the description for a quite high price (around 30€) compared to the website/native app.
