Easy to use app which covers key points. i would like more emphasis on Italian grammar

It’s a slight peeve that when new words are introduced we aren’t told their gender.
Speech recognition is pretty good, though it sometimes seems to get hung up on words beginning with b (when said on their own).
Also, when it asks me to say “Mei” it hears it as the homophone “Mij” and says I’ve got it wrong.
When asked to translate Dutch to English (my native language) I’m told I’m wrong if I don’t use the exact words the app is expecting - even if that wording is a bit stilted. NB this only happens rarely. You could probably get around this without needing a huge heap of extra code.

The only way to get past greeting and introductions is buying premium
Problem with account
I purchased the full access last year. However whenever I try to access the premium account, ithe system suggests purchasing the premium access again. The support is not able to solve this problem and does not reimburse.
Terrible AI Voice Recognition
So many of the lessons are dependent on you repeating words back in a conversation with an AI that refuses to accept any form of pronunciation and even though it can write out the literal sounds of the word as Katakana, it doesn’t translate it into Kanji. Even though it’s literally in a repeat and call back exercise of the exact same word. This prevents you from progressing.

Poor Tagalog translations
I just wanted to brush up on my tagalog having not been in the motherlands for years, and right off the bat Kamusta isnt even on the learning curriculum, its just “Hello” with a filipino accent read back to you instead of using “Kamusta” the same went for “Magandang Gabi” they translated “Good Night” as “Goodnyt” with a pinoy accent instead of “Magandang Gabi” this just felt like such a disrespect to our language, it’s already hard enough as is finding a fun way to relearn/brush up on tagalog, but to havee english words in an accent as the ACTUAL TRANSLATION, is insanely disrespectful

I recently purchased a premium Mondly which first 7 days should be free as offer describes, however system is charging you full amount of money. App itself I like it but the way you charge customers is way below your standards.

Good app except for hands-free section
The hands-free section is glitchy. It constantly registers the spoken phrase as incorrect even if you say it exactly the same as the AI demo. Frustrating!
Great AI, Good If You Already Have Basic Language Knowledge
I use this app along with Duolingo and Mango. I think it’s a great option because of the AI. Practice is easy and straightforward.
BONUS: They have Catalan. Few apps offer that language.
PRO:
1. The AI is better on Mondly. It also corrects you. Compared to Duo, much better because Duo mis- hears OFTEN, and the conversation sections don’t always give you a breakdown on mistakes and how to improve.
2. Conjugations: Mondly gives you a much better breakdown than Duo. And it’s structured in an easy way to find it. The stats section is great because you see all the words you’ve learned and can review.
CON:
1. It doesn’t have a grammar section so you could see or understand sentence structure. That would be nice to have. Or if there could be an introductory section before lessons saying what to expect to learn, how sentences are structured/grammar and comp type stuff that would be helpful. Mango has something like that, though not as thorough as could be.
Overall, I love the app. And thanks for having Catalan!

Teaches phrases
I’m using mondly to learn Romanian. I like it, it helps me build my vocabulary and also helps with phrases.
There aren’t really any lessons on sentence structure, grammar etc. I’d also like a way of accessing the verb tables outside of lessons. I find using this in conjunction with books is ok but by itself I feel like I’d struggle actually learning the language.

Best app ever!
If I could rate this higher than a 5 I would. I’ve been somewhat learning Greek for 2 maybe 3 years now. I’ve been on and off with Duolingo as it is just to random. I found this app via an ai search engine. It was the best thing I ever did, I liked it so much I did 30 lessons in one sitting, it teaches you everything you need to know for beginning stuff to help you progress further, I actually get so excited to learn Greek now. I hope anyone who’s reads this downloads the app as I was someone who had lost hope and had actually got excited to learn again once I downloaded this app. I’ve recommended too all my friends and this has now become an everyday habit. Please extend the free trial period thoughhh. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful app!!

Mondly
I think Mondly is an good app but there are a few things that I wished it had for kids to understand it more. Like for example I wished it had a game of the language that way kids would be able to learn and have something interteaning. It’s a good app though because you can speak with this robot on the computer and it really feels like your taking to a real person. You can also do daily lessons which help a lot. Another thing though that I wished Mondly had would be more talking with the chat bot because there aren’t that many lesssons you can do with it.
