Simple and indispensable
I had decided to track all my expenses for six months. Monefy makes it so simple and —dare I say—fun, that I continue to track two years later. A key app in my iPhone dock.
Fix calendar
Since we use the Solar Calendar (Hijri) in the application, some months do not align with the Gregorian Calendar. Therefore, my suggestion is to allow users to manually add expenses for future months and, in general, be able to plan expenses or income for the upcoming month.
Currently, new months are added to the app automatically at the scheduled time, so I have to wait until the new month begins—which may differ from my calendar by two or three days—before I can record my expenses.
Separate the numbers into groups of three digits.

Good app!
I’ve been using Monefy for a couple of years now and have no complaints. However, I was using Monefy premium on an android and recently switched to ios. Now, I don’t have access to the premium and it’s a subscription based plan on ios. Utterly ridiculous! I’ll probably switch apps now but it was a good run!

Lack of customer support
I have bought a lifetime subscription 5 years ago. Now I changed my phone and tried to install the app but I couldn’t. So I emailed them more than one month ago and I never got a reply. Now I just need to find a new app to use and all my data is lost. I like the app but the fact that there is no customer support makes me find another one.

Gute App … wenn man 2x Premium hat
In allem ist die App sehr gut und funktioniert super… wenn man Premium hat. Für Premium zahle ich 6,99 € … im ersten Jahr danach sind es 69,99 € pro Jahr. Interessant wird es, wenn man die Haushaltsbuchführung mit seinem Partner machen möchte. Die Synchronisation funktioniert nur mit einem Premium Account. Da reicht es nicht wenn der Hauptnutzer die Premium Funktion gekauft hat, auch der Partner mit einer anderen Apple ID muss sich für die Synchronisation Premium für 6,99 € im ersten Jahr beziehungsweise 69,99 € in den Folgejahren holen.
140€ pro Jahr sind mir dann deutlich zu viel. Da gibt es gute Alternativen.

Disappointed by customer service
I’ve been using Monefy on Android since 2015, and have recently changed to iOS. I am unable to restore my premium account, and therefore my data as well. I’ve contacted customer service but have received no reply. After so many years of using the app and recommending it to others, the lack of engagement from customer service is really disappointing.

Don’t work
After the latest update, Monefy stopped working completely. The app crashes on launch and becomes unusable. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Please fix this as soon as possible.
