I’ve been using this app for a while and just tried to do my first cash out. It’s been pending since May 20th. I am unable to contact anyone. Has anyone else had this happen? I love the app but very disappointed and feel like I’m walking for nothing

Really enjoyed this app. Redeemed my second gift card which cost more coins, it’s been pending for over a month. Can’t find an email that works to contact company

Didn’t pay out
I spent a lot of time walking and earned enough to cash out. Clicked cash out a long time (months) ago and still haven’t received my reward.
