I’ve been using this app for a while and just tried to do my first cash out. It’s been pending since May 20th. I am unable to contact anyone. Has anyone else had this happen? I love the app but very disappointed and feel like I’m walking for nothing

Smh
I used to like Money Bunny a lot when I first started using it. But now that I have been using it for a while, I’ve not received any of my cards that have been pending approval. Some of them that’s been pending approval dates all the way back for several months. I don’t know what happened to them, but I am severely disappointed in them. Because at first, it seemed to be a very well and thriving app during a short time that I used it before it started experiencing its problems. Hopefully, the company will leave some sort of support like a contact email or something because I could not find it. So they know that their app isn’t up to par as it should be and give all the people that continue to have it logged in and downloaded extra points, an extra gift cards and things. So for problems and issues they’ve been having.
And I will be willing to take this review down if the people that run, the app are willing to make everything right with not just me but with everybody

You will NEVER get your gift card!
I redeemed my points for a 5.00 gift card on Sept 20, 2024. It has been ALMOST A YEAR and it still says pending. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone is having the same problem it seems. Don’t hold your breath to receive your reward because you’ll be blue and then dead before it arrives lol!
Update November 20, 2025: Nearly 6 months after writing my review. Still no gift card or a response from support. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. WASTE OF TIME!

0 stars!!! Don’t waste your time on this app. I have been waiting a month for them to give me my money. This is a scam app. Do not use this app. I have spent so much time watching videos and they don’t pay you. Apple should remove this app! It’s a scam app!

Been using it for a while got up to 500 now they say my account is permanently banned due to a violation of their service terms so I’m guessing it’s a scam

Non existent!
I shall be reporting this app to App Store to have it removed as they no longer are bothered to reward you at all and yet getting paid for watching ads. I’m surprised their app still exists

I spent a lot of time to earn their coins, and finally had enough to exchanged into real money since last November, no email to confirm it at all. Then 2 nd time February this year, still nothing gave me back! Then July 4th again, I have been waited for more than one day, still nothing. I guess all my hard working is Turing to nothing!
Oh. By the way their customers support, it is Noone replying you at all! I mean no reply! And icon is hiding in reward section at right of the cornor, really hard to find at all! So Noone help at all!

I ised to enjoyed this app but I don’t know what has happened or what’s going on I have 5 pending starting from dec 2024 no to talk to or even help maybe I’ll change my rate if & when I get some help.
