Wheelchair option

I wish I could find an app that measures how far I wheel myself around

Put in a lot of time but no reward

I never received my rewards via email not in spam not in the trash not in the regular inbox.

Not so good now

Was good to be fair had no issues and rewards were reachable but then without any notice they changed the rewards and made it harder to get same rewards. In some case raising the points levels to treble the amounts of points needed to get same rewards. My wife missed her reward on the same day they told us they were changing rewards. Even 24 hour notice so loyal customers could benefit would have been the minimum we would expect . Really bad way to treat those who use the app .
Also we have been told that there will be lower vouchers to claim which has not happened as the amounts needed to claim has increased so much it used to around 14000 points for an uber eats £50 voucher now it’s over 60000 points .. so anybody new coming on will take 5 x more time to get these and so will I which is why many people will leave . It’s been a few weeks now and rewards are still not changed. I would advise people to stay away as these guys have kept the difficulty very high .

Second review edit

Editing this now I was 100 points away from cashing out £50 uber eats to treat my children now they have made points I’m on as £25 not £50 it’s a joke to add on 500% more points now. It was the best app but I won’t be using now after that silly increase with no warning . £50 voucher has gone up by 839% how is that even fair? I emailed asking to see terms with no response as of yet!

Trying to cash out

Trying to cash out £1 meant to have sent it but it hasn’t arrived in email, trying to get support and get transferred to support team but no one answers and your just left there waiting, it’s £1 and all I need is a code , seems pointless
