Used to be a great app — now completely pointless

I used to use this app regularly, but after the changes they made to the points system, I became very disappointed and stopped using it. I decided to save my points because the app promised better vouchers and offers after the update.

I had over 49,000 points saved, and instead of getting the “better offers” that were promised, I eventually discovered that ALL of my points had expired.

When I contacted customer support, they explained that if you don’t use the app for 30 days, all your points are deleted. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why allow customers to spend time collecting tens of thousands of points, only to wipe them out because they stopped using the app for 30 days?

If this 30-day rule was clearly communicated, it certainly wasn’t clear enough to me. I deliberately saved my points expecting to use them when better vouchers became available, as suggested after the update.

Losing 49,000+ points like this has completely destroyed my trust in the app. Instead of rewarding loyal users, it feels like the points system is designed to make people lose what they’ve earned.

Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this app again.

This app used to be genuinely good, with a decent points system and rewards that actually felt worth working towards. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of saving my points instead of spending them, and what was once worth around £200 in rewards is now barely worth one Starbucks coffee.

The biggest issue is how the points system was changed without properly warning users. I had been saving my points for a long time, collecting them every single day, only to suddenly find that their value had been massively reduced. That feels incredibly unfair to loyal users who put so much time into the app.

I used to spend time on this app every day, collecting every possible point throughout the day. Now, honestly, it feels great not to use it anymore. I’m not going to sit on an app for two hours every day just to eventually earn one coffee every three months.

I’ve checked the app occasionally because they said they would change the points system again, but so far there doesn’t seem to be any meaningful improvement. The rewards simply aren’t realistic for the amount of time and effort required.

Unfortunately, I no longer see any reason to use this app. It went from something I used every day to something I don’t even bother opening. At this point, it honestly feels like the app is slowly being shut down rather than improved.

Very disappointing, especially for users who were loyal and spent so much time building up their points.

Waste of time

For every 10,000 steps I make the app acknowledges about 1,500 of them. Waste of storage space on your phone! Just another useless that sounds good in theory but doesn’t actually function

Scam

Can’t cash out. They only give you 1 day to accept the reward then when you try to get it just keeps giving an error for technical difficulties.

Horrible update

I’m not sure if the update uses AI but now you can’t get your simple 100 pts per day in one click and everything is separated and so convoluted.
Deleting the app after this considering how little I get points every day now.

The name change also changed a good app to a scam

After change to AHEALTH, I don’t receive the redeemed coupon by email, even if the app says it was sent
