Please do yourself some good and stay away from this bank.
I have been charged over 32€ for a weekly tax apparently without my consent and many several experiences like this.
With this bank I lost well over 300€ only from unrecognised charges and they never refunded them to me, now it’s too late as they don’t appear on statement.
Please choose a different bank for your own good.

Works well
Moved to Ireland a year ago for work and it’s a great app. Everything was ready for my salary and bills to come out after settling in!
Do not use this app
Do not use this app if you ever want to get your money out. They have conveniently lost a large amount of my money with no resolution. Beware.

Worst bank ever
This is the worst bank ever, app is working extremely slowly most of the times, customer support basically doesn’t exist, that bad it is!

Do not recommend
Signed up, and had money deposited in to it, and now I can’t access the account or my money. Keeps saying “system update” and has been saying this for 4 days now. They also delete negative comments off their Facebook page, and it doesn’t let you leave negative reviews. They steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Worst customer experience
When a transaction fell through, they didn’t notify me nor return the money. I almost lost my place to stay for it. And when I contacted customer service they don’t know how long it will take to fix it.

Regularly withholding funds
Unfortunately my experience with Money Jar has been stressful. I spend an abnormal amount of time asking them to give back my money. It started with them withholding my salary payment for 2.5 weeks. I needed to escalate this to their executive team for a solution. My account was regularly frozen for “security reasons”, despite their being no real threat. Each time this happened I was not informed, thus having my card decline in very uncomfortable circumstances. My most recent issue has been a refund that has been withheld as well. It’s been 3 weeks since I asked someone to look into this, and I follow up regularly. There’s no resolution in sight, they’re not even responding. I had no choice but to move to Revolut. It’s an unreliable and awful place to have to store your money. Don’t do it.

There is a restriction on binding to Apple Pei, please remove it, it was a very good bank now it’s terrible
Absolutely frustrating
Could not log in started a chat but long story and no success just bloody frustrating .
Registration doesn’t work
SMS message to start the registration process never arrived. Unable to sign up or use the app.
