App needs an update
Every time I go to upload my documents it says I didn’t do it or it’s under review for to long
ID & Updating inside the App
I was denied the last time I wanted to get a loan because I had to give them an updated photo of my drivers license but all I had was the same license cause I have not been able to renew my license for medical reasons & now they won’t accept you if your license is expired & they won’t accept my birth certificate & I have no other ID plus to change the date & amount when applying using the App you can’t do anything and you can’t go forward either… it’s frustrating

Predatory, Inconsistent and for real emergencies.
What an absolute JOKE!
They hard inquire your credit first, so they damage your credit score, waste your time and then say NO! $500 to be paid in 6days just for emergency. The applicant makes $2,300-2,500 take home pay bi-weekly but got denied. Makes you wonder if they only approve people who borrow bigger amounts so they can squeeze them with their insane overpriced interest rates.
This company feels less like financial help and more like a predatory trap designed to profit off desperate people. If you actually need short-term emergency cash, avoid Money Mart unless you enjoy getting burned.

Too many updates
How often do you have to update this app???!!! Seems like every 2 months . Very annoying
