App needs an update
Every time I go to upload my documents it says I didn’t do it or it’s under review for to long
ID & Updating inside the App
I was denied the last time I wanted to get a loan because I had to give them an updated photo of my drivers license but all I had was the same license cause I have not been able to renew my license for medical reasons & now they won’t accept you if your license is expired & they won’t accept my birth certificate & I have no other ID plus to change the date & amount when applying using the App you can’t do anything and you can’t go forward either… it’s frustrating

Predatory, Inconsistent and for real emergencies.
What an absolute JOKE!
They hard inquire your credit first, so they damage your credit score, waste your time and then say NO! $500 to be paid in 6days just for emergency. The applicant makes $2,300-2,500 take home pay bi-weekly but got denied. Makes you wonder if they only approve people who borrow bigger amounts so they can squeeze them with their insane overpriced interest rates.
This company feels less like financial help and more like a predatory trap designed to profit off desperate people. If you actually need short-term emergency cash, avoid Money Mart unless you enjoy getting burned.

Too many updates
How often do you have to update this app???!!! Seems like every 2 months . Very annoying

Unable to complete employment section and app has no method adding to the profile. Flinks doesn’t hold employment info and money mart support blames it on flinks.
Not an upgrade
The new app doesn’t allow you repay your payday loan before the due date.
Very disappointing
I used to could see the transaction history and track my interest in the app before. Now it doesn’t show any of that. Pretty useless app now. 👎🏽
Functions Removed
You did an upgrade and removed vital functions that could make things easier . Now I have to visit your office more than necessary
Not happy
The flinks completely didn’t include any of my money from employment especially since I’m self employed and gave the wrong amounts - I’m just so angry and outraged with this thing!!! I earned over 5000$ and in my application it said I only got 500$ which is just ridiculous and then I provided proof but there was no way to even change it! What is with this nonsense

Lost all usefulness
Some of us only used the app because it’s the only way to check our Titanium Mastercard balance. Originally, the app showed all transactions and balance, then just deposits and balance. Slowly, random deposits were not logged and now, there’s nothing at all to do with Titanium Mastercard.

This app should be remove from App Store until the bugs are fixed. Entering your credentials in an app like this poses a security risk
