That error message typically means the App Store purchase receipt could not be found or validated, which then prevents the premium features from unlocking. I’d like to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please try these steps: 1) Open Money tracker - GroupPay and go to Settings or the subscription/purchase screen. 2) Tap Restore Purchases and wait for it to complete. 3) If it still doesn’t work, please confirm the email/Apple ID you used for the purchase and whether you’re signed in on your device with the same Apple ID. If Restore Purchases doesn’t fix it, please contact me again from the email address that works for you, or reply to this review with your Apple ID (or the transaction details such as the purchase date and order/receipt information). With that, I can verify your purchase on my side and get your lifetime access enabled. I appreciate your patience, and I want to make sure you can use the features you paid for.

Two ideas for improvement:
When trying to add a new custom spending category, i just get the error message “select category color” even though i already selected a color. So basically it doesnt let me add my own categories
Second, when adding a new expense, it is kind of unpractical to not have the add button accessible in every editing step. You habe to click out of the field where you enter the ammount before having to scroll down and click the “submit transaction” button because it is hidden by the keyboard.

Can’t sent a email for help. Can’t right a review on the app in the app settings. Nothing works .
It keeps telling me to pick out a color . And when I do it just kicks my color back out and says the same thing over again

Since I travel a lot for work, often with more than 5 people in my party. It became a problem tracking who paid for what and how much. GroupPay totally solved that problem and now there’s no weirdness or uncertainty when it came down to being fair.
