UI doesn't work
Miat is one of the leading companies in Mongolia, which makes the current state of the app all the more disappointing. The user interface is confusing and often doesn’t function properly. Most importantly, there’s currently no reliable way to check flight information through the app.
I strongly recommend investing in improving the app to meet user expectations and reflect the high standards of the company.

Schlechte Altmodische App
Klappt nicht. Wenn man Alles schreibt am ende Fehler. Über Website geht auch nicht.
Mäßige UX, aber notwendig
Musste mir die App installieren, damit ich online einchecken konnte, da auf Website nicht möglich. Check In in der App funktioniert problemlos. Leider lassen sich die Boardpässe aber nicht über den entsprechenden Button ins Wallet übertragen…
Konnte den Ankunft Flughafen nicht auswählen
Nicht gerade praktisch, eine App zu entwickeln wo man seine Flughäfen nicht angeben kann. Ich wollte nach einem Flug von Frankfurt nach Seoul (Korea) schauen. Frankfurt konnte ich noch auswählen, jedoch wenn ich den Ankunft Flughafen Incheon Airport auswählen möchte wird er nicht gefunden. Der einzige Flughafen den ich auswählen kann ist in der Mongolei. Nicht gerade praktisch. Und auf der Webseite wird er zwar gefunden aber die Seite will einfach nicht laden. Daher gebe ich eine 1 Sterne Bewertung sorry.

Apple Wallet Integration is broken
Unfortunately, the Apple Wallet button is not working. This is adding a lot of unnecessary annoyance to our trip. I would really wish that they fix it quickly.
Needs improvement
The App would be nice if it received a bit of polish. For instance you cant add the boarding pass to your apple wallet.
No Boarding Tickets in Wallet
It is not possible to add ur Boarding Tickets to your Apple Wallet not via the website or the App :/

Garbage
• I check-in via the website, get the boarding pass, then I install the app and it says that my status is "not checked-in".
• Then it says I have to pay to choose a seat, while I have already chosen it via the website for free.
• At that all seats are marked as occupied in the app.
All of this leaves the impression that the app has no access to most of the databases.
Also:
• Some pages load veeery slowly.
• Sometimes the don't load at all.
• The user interface is a mess. An intervention from a UX designer is badly need.
• UI is also far from the iOS style.
