it stinks
The darned thing never works if the phone screen is active. Calls will not connect. This is especially frustrating because I could be on a call and another call will come through that I can’t switch to. Or I may have a notification light up the screen and then a call comes in and I can’t connect to it. It’s been happening for years despite every update.
