Device doesn’t work
My office gave me a device they knew would have issues. Monovo wanted to ship me a new one. Also wanted me to pay the $25.20 for that shipping. I had the post office send it back. I won’t do this again. Don’t pass around devices you know are having issues then pass on the headache to your patients.

3 Things I love
There are three things that stand out to me that I love about this app.
1. It’s simple to use. The whole process of getting signed up was quick and straightforward.
2. I love how fast it is. I can get my viral signs measured quickly (without going into a clinic), and then I can get on with my day.
3. I live the peace of mind that this app/ the product with it bring me. It’s never made sense to me that doctors check your vital signs once and make a prognosis off of that. I think this method is a lot more accurate.
