As a retired physician, I can see the value of this app for physicians. I love the idea of patients coming to visits with organized questions, documentation of symptoms and severity, accurate list of current medications, as well as medications that were tried unsuccessfully in the past. An accurate family history often evades patients memories, and can strongly influence differential diagnosis. Overall, I see this program as a major move forward for patient-physician communications and improved medical care.

Easy Way to Track Family Health
Without this, it’s all taking notes during phone calls with mom, saving documents from different appointments, and forgetting crucial symptoms that happen months away from my next appointment.
