Light strips do not work with Alexa. 100 ft all over my basement ceiling and now they won’t connect.

the led strips lose connection from the wifi every single time i plug them in so they just start rapidly flashing until you go into the app and connect them to the internet it’s so frustrating
Buy the monster light for each room in your home!
I absolutely love the monster lightbulb! I wish I would have bout a bunch more when I came across this product. I always have my light on because it sets the mood wonderfully! Would be perfect if I knew how to program the bulb to Siri but I’d still recommend if anyone asked me.

Why is there no headphones I literally downloaded this app for my headphones to adjust the volume and bass they should add that

I have 1 working smart device (the rest died because they are poorly manufactured). Why is the smart widget so (2x4) massive? Where is the smaller 2x2 widget????

Lights dont work on the scheduled times. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it. Whats the point of smart lights if i have to do it manually regardless
Easy connection
Current update now that its new update i can easily connect it from my 17 pro which was my issue before. Very contented of the bug fix.
Better than they say
The good reviews sum it up; good app, occasionally buggy. As for the bad reviews, YES the app is good. YES it’s better than a remote. NO you don’t have to connect. If you have to debug, just turn off, then on again. No app can be perfect, but for lights, these are at least a 9/10.

oh my gosh, please help me. I’ve been trying to connect my phone almost like half a mile right now and it’s not working. I have tried everything and I’m not able like it’s so confusing trying to connect the 2.4 GB stuff to my Wi-Fi stuff and it’s not working. Please help me I need help.

My new 17 pro cant connect with the app, it can detect the light but ince i want to connect it it just loads then cant connect . Have no issues with my android and 16 pro max. But with the 17 pro needs bug fix ASAP
Why are people hating?
This app works perfectly fine, I’ve cut them to trim, they still work, I’ve had them for about 2 years now and they still work perfectly fine!

This app is awesome! We lost power, but I was able to reinstall everything smoothly.
Pure junk
They will work for a couple days then won’t connect to the app any longer. No matter what you do you can’t get them to read anymore. You have to unplug them to get to shut off. You can’t change color, you can’t do anything with them. Emailed monster no response to date. I have 4 of these strip lights and all 4 lost connection at the same time and are useless now. I will never recommend and will steer clear of any monster product. Not all the glitters is gold people.
