I never write app reviews…ever. This app makes me angry. It is devoid of any helpful information. In fact, it actually makes a visit to the area feel more confusing. The map is so worthless—it’s a dumbed down version of Google maps. Technology is infrastructure. Do better.
Terrible!
Cannot login however many password resets I do. The website is bad too. After hours of effort I managed to buy a lift pass but using the app is not possible. Awful that Chamonix will not invest in a usable app and website for something so crucial for their visitors. Go to Zermatt instead!
Takes a while to work
Initially thought it didn’t work but seems to take a while to populate. Now it is populated it looks really good. Will test it properly in resort.
User interface too big for phone screen
I can’t get past the personal details screen as the big button to accept the details is off the bottom of my screen so I can’t press it.
Please make it work
Nothing really works.
I can it enter my personal details, I does not recognise my season pass number so won’t save it. It says unknown error, I get blank grey boxes on a number of screens.
Probably should only be one star. If you can fix it so it works it should be good
