I love my Gazette newspaper
I enjoy the articles especially on what’s happing in and around Montreal. I also like the fact that I can use my tablet or cellphone on my way home to relax and do the puzzles. Thank you for continuing to publish.

They acknowledged that there is a problem with the app and techies are aware, but no guarantee upon when it will be fixed. Lovely.

Can’t access content
If I log in, the app tell me that I have to suscribe to read the paper. Which I am. If I don’t log in, I can read the paper just fine.
I have just re-suscribed after a few years and I can see that it’s just as boomer tech as it was 10 years ago. Sad.

I have to constantly delete and re-install
Average, once per week the app tells me to subscribe to read, even though I have been a subscriber for many years. The only solution is to delete the app and then re-install it. I have reported this, but no solution yet.
Montreal Gazette: Hollowed-out shadow of itself
Dismayed to observe the continuing decline of a once-proud and useful local paper, being diluted by poor quality and largely irrelevant newsmedia content. Shame.
