Transacción fallida y no han hecho devolución

Aunque la interfaz para hacerse cuenta es muy ágil, al intentar hacer la primera transacción me salió denegada sin explicación de por qué, y peor aún, hace 4 horas de eso y no me han devuelto el dinero a mi cuenta de origen. Otras apps que cumplen la misma función han devuelto el dinero inmediatamente cuando falla la transacción.
