Horrible app
Complete garbage. You pay for music for your store and can’t use it half of the time and the other half you keep needing to fix issues
Terrible Equipment
This is the most ridiculous set up I’ve ever seen! Been at it for hours and still can’t get it to work. Should be MUCH simpler than this.
Great When It Works, Unfortunately...
Dashboard disappears completely and app rarely detects my installed controller during reset. I cannot recommend this app.
Garbage Middleware
Buggy. App crashes. Fails to connect to Mood hardware. Fails to log in to Pandora. Completely unusable. Goodbye, Mood Media! Good luck retaining your customers.

I’m not saying this as an angry customer, I’m saying this from a pragmatic perspective for anyone considering using this. This is one of the worst apps/programs I have ever used.
• Any time you click anything it takes 3+ seconds for the app to register the click.

Huge improvement
Works 500 times better than version 1. I use it to set up Pandora servers on static IP addresses and it works fast and easy. I don’t have to use any other functionality besides that.
The Worst!!
This app constantly crashes!!! I have been trying to log in for over 2 hours and can’t get the app to run long enough without crashing. What a waste to buy the Pandora mood device and pay for a monthly service when setup is near to impossible!
Not User Friendly
This app is terrible to use. Loading screens that appear indefinitely. Please, I’m paying you for this service. Do better.
Signing in
Why even have a ‘Remember Me’ box to click if I have to sign in each and every time, even if I don’t close out the app?
iPad Lanscape
We control from an iPad that is permanently set up as a square register in a square stand (landscape). No landscape support???
