Ok so this app is pretty good I just wish there was more to it like more features and stuff. I mostly use this app to reflect on my mood and moods throughout the month. But I wish they just had more to the app. Would get the app just have low standards.

Looks great

This app looks great but every time I finish an entry it kicks me back to the select a goal page. I’m really sad because I would really love to use this app.

Wish this app would have worked for me.

I’m giving this a two star because I downloaded it hoping to get what it says in the description. It wouldn’t even let me track my mood or anything it just kept going back to the welcome please tell me your first name part of the app.

Great subtle way of reliably tracking your state of mind.

Great subtle way of reliably tracking your state of mind. Love the app & have found it a very useful tool to track & improve my mental health.

Meh

Uh wow this app straight up copied the mood app. Logo and everything. Poor design, poor taste, laggy, and flat out bad. Don’t download this.

Good start

Have been looking for modern and simple mood tracking app. The self reflection is a nice addition.

Would be nice to be able to choose from more moods or define my own.

beautiful

Nice app, good interface, helps me a lot!

cool app, not thought out though

I love how simplistic this app is. The UI and everything about it is so easy to use. But this app doesn’t seem finished. You really can’t use it unless you get the pro version. They should’ve focused on the free version to get people hooked onto the pro version. Undownloading because there is nothing to do if you don’t pay.

Subscription

Subscription ruined it . Had a good like tracking myself and then that happened

it glitched

when the app got updated my mood app kinda rest i opened it and when i tried to press the “i’m already on mood option” it didn’t let me. And I pressed the free trial and canceled it before i could pay just to see if it would take me to another page or it would work again but the screen just went dark. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it did the same thing as before. Which is really disappointing because I loved the app.

Response from developer

Hi there, The ‘I’m already on Mood’ is an option for people that already subscribed to Mood Pro. This might be confusing, so we’re looking into options to improve this. We’re sorry that this happened and want to get you on a free year of Mood Pro. Can you send an e-mail to support@usemoodapp.com, so we can get it to you as soon as possible? - Mood App

Started charging without warning.

I’ve been using this app to track my health all year. Out of no were they change the app and start charging me to use it. I guess I’ll have to go back to tracking my health manually with pin and paper.

Response from developer

Hey Xander, Sorry to hear about your negative experience with Mood. The last 12 months we’ve worked on sketching, designing and coding a completely new app: Mood 2 with tons of new features for a better user experience. We’ve added 3 questions that help you to become more present, a customizable bedtime reminder, new graphs and a lot of exciting features that are coming in the next couple weeks/months (like cloud sync). We think that a subscription with a trial is the best way to let people try the app (for a month) and let them decide if they want to continue using it or not. We don’t want to let people pay upfront only to find out they don’t like the app. What I recommend for now is starting a trial (either monthly or yearly) and pausing it via your ‘iTunes & App Store’ settings in the Settings app. This way you can try the app for a full month and see how it helps you, without being automatically billed after your trial. Best, Kasper - Mood

Suscription ruined it

Was enjoying this app when it was free but latest update introduced compulsory subscription fee. Not ready to pay a fee just to track my mood so goodbye.

Ask for some changes.

Hi there,
Hope you doing great.
I want to ask for some changes that may help you to add to the MoodApp.

- Do you have any plan for add icloud backup feature?
- Can we change the last mood status number? If yes, how is it possible? If no, why is that? Cause, sometimes it may be an accident.
- And the final question, Why status scale is so big? I mean it's from 0-100. I think it's so complicated to describe our situation and this is can be easier if you change that to something smaller than now, like 1-5.

Thanks for supporting us and create this amazing minimalist application.

Yours most sincerely,
Alireza Rostaminia

Great but could use some changes

I love the simplicity and the 1-100 rating. So much better than the 1-5 rating that lots of apps use. However, I really wish I could change previous moods or log for yesterday, because I often go to bed after midnight and it’s too late to set the day’s mood. And I really wish I could see the day-to-day mood changes for more than just the past week. Like, I want to be able to view what time of month I felt bad, not just the average of the month. I would love if these changes were made. Then it would be pretty much perfect.
