Very helpful
I just never thought that the simple act of registering your mood/distress level would be meaningful. I thought it would just seem random, and the little frowny face part of it seems like it’s almost for a child.
But I was wrong. This had become an essential tool for me to track the swings in my mood, and I use it also to list my SUDS level for my therapist to go over. I thought I had maintained a steady mood through the days and the weeks. That wasn’t the case at all, my mood swings are rather large, not really mood. My mood is always strong, but the distress levels go up and down. Having a place to put that where I can also put the contextual information about what was going on, has really been meaningful to me. I’m doing it a lot, and I plan to continue doing it a lot.

Simple
Honestly, I kinda dig it. Update: Uh, not so sure anymore.
I haven’t shelled out for premium yet, but it serves my purpose well enough. [Tracking mood fluctuations and the activities that may influence them.] The interface is well designed and intuitive/easy to pick up on. I like the customization options. I’ll write a more extensive review in the future.
Update, 7/13/2026:
Well, I did it.
I wanted to love the app, but it's pretty limited. The visual customization is not very personalized, which I feel is pretty important for an app geared towards journaling/expression/and mood tracking.
Color palette is very limited, adding pictures is difficult, text font cannot be customized, no background or font color customization; the list goes on.
Overall: It gets the job done for simple mood tracking, but I feel it is lackluster and paying for premium wasn't as worth it as I originally thought.

Great mood tracker
Pros: the monthly view is great to track my mood. The swiping feature to measure my mood levels are cool. The reminder feature during the same time each night is a great.
Nice to have: I wish I can add categories to my entries.

Elegant and simple
I’ve found this app does just what I needed, make quick simple notes. Any more and I might not have bothered but it’s really helpful to see patterns
